Super Eagles beat Hawks of Togo in International Friendly

The Super Eagles of Nigeria on Thursday night lived up to expectation as they defeated their West-African neighbours, The Hawks of Togo 3-0 in an international friendly game played in Paris.

Opening the score line was Leicester City’s Ahmed Musa in the 3rd minute, later making it a brace in the 17th, with both assists coming from Alex Iwobi.

Ten minutes later as team Nigeria continued to their dominance, with Kelechi Iheanacho found the net with an assist from Ogehenekaro Etebo.

Gernot Rohr’s squad will later meet South Africa’s Bafana Bafana on June 8 for the Africa Cup of Nations qualifier in Uyo.
