CEO Of IrokoTv, Jason Njoku & Wife Tests Positive For COVID-19

Jason Njoku, the founder and CEO of IrokoTv and his actress and producer wife, Mary Njoku have both tested positive for COVID-19.

Mr Njoku, one of Nigeria’s foremost tech entrepreneur and investor, had disclosed his status for the virus in a tweet saying his “enemies were hard at work

The tweet reads:
“My enemies are hard at work in 2020. Mrs Njoku and I tested positive for Covid19. I’m not feeling great but Mary is well. Literally no idea how I caught it. But we shall see this pass too.”

In another tweet, he stated that his wife, Mary Remmy Njoku, CEO of ROK Studios is recuperating faster than him, as their children tested negative and are doing well. He also said he had been hospitalized with hardcore fever and that he also needed oxygen to support his breathing.

His tweet reads:
“Thanks all for your wishes. The kids all tested negative so they’re fine. @MrsMaryNjoku other than minor fatigue is fine. Me? This thing beat me up at home for a week. Since Monday I’ve been hospitalized with hardcore fever & need oxygen to support my breathing. It will pass.”

The Njoku family have received a lot of heartfelt messages from friends and fans praying for their quick recovery.
