One of Africa’s biggest music producer, Michael Collins Ajereh popularly known as Don Jazzy, The CEO of one of Africa’s top music record label, Mavin Records took out time to ease the fear of concerned a fans who felt the record label is no more functional.
The ‘Doro Boss’ was engaged by a group of concerned fans via twitter on Monday for a very long time concerning the state of Mavin Records.
One of the fans; Ambrose Okwoli Jnr asked Jazzy if his record label “is dead” or affected by “bad Nigerian governance”. Don Jazzy jokingly replied that the record label had rather “fainted” and will resurrect soon.

The label and most of its artistes, except Tiwa Savage have not made any buzz in the industry in 2018, which is disturbing for a label known for bagging awards yearly. This is a major concern for the fans coupled with Reekado Banks one of the label’s top artistes who had quit few months ago.
