Senator Shehu Sani has an Advice for “Solidarity Trekkers”

Senator Shehu Sani

Nigerian Senator Shehu Sani, who recently resigned from the All Progressives Congress (APC), has an advice for solidarity trekkers.

The Senator representing Kaduna Central District who is now pitching tent with the Peoples Redemption Party, said that those in the habit of engaging in ‘solidarity trekkers’ for politicians should be alert of the state of insecurity along Kaduna-Abuja Road.

He took to his twitter page to tweet:

“Those in the habit of trekking from one city to Abuja in show of solidarity for the Presidential candidate of the ruling or opposition parties, should be wary of the security situation along Kaduna Abuja road. Seeking advice from the police will make your trekking safer.”

Remember during the 2015 election, Mr. Suleiman Hashimu and many others trekked from Lagos and other part of the country to Abuja to show their support for Muhammadu Buhari, the APC Presidential Candidate.
