Nigeria’s Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala’s path to become DG of the World Trade Organisation(WTO) is now clear as the other candidate, the South Korean Trade Minister, Yoo Myung-hee withdrew from the race.
Yoo Myung-hee on Friday dropped her bid for the World Trade Organization top job after consultation with several world leaders, including the United States who were her major backer.
