The single ‘IF’ by Nigeria’s Davido is indeed a smash hit as it has sold 500,000 units and certified gold in the United States of America (USA).

‘IF’ got its gold certification by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), as the music body displayed the news on their official website. RIAA is a trade organization that supports and promotes the creative and financial vitality of the major music companies.

In excitement, the DMW label boss tweeted about the gold certification saying:

This is the second time that Davido‘s single would hit the gold status. His first was in 2017 for his song – “Fall” which did not only hit gold in the USA but also South Africa.
