Sports kit manufacturers Nike have unveiled Nigeria’s new kits for the 2018 World Cup in Russia. The kit was launched by the Nigerian Football Federation in London on Wednesday.
The jerseys designed by Nike has similarity to the iconic shirts worn by the nation’s Golden Generation in their first World Cup appearance in the United States in 1994.

The home kit comes with an eagle wing-inspired black-and-white sleeve and green torso while the away kits boast of the full green strip in a classic fashion.
The team will be wearing the shirts for the first time on March 23 when they face Poland in a friendly in Warsaw, thereafter will be used at the commencement of their World Cup campaign against Croatia at the Kaliningrad Stadium on June 16.
The Nigeria team is in World Cup Group D alongside with Croatia, Iceland and Argentina.
