They will be sharing deep knowledge and experience at the conference organized by Google for South-South Google Developers Group.
Aniedi Udo-Obong is experienced Program Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the internet industry. He is skilled in Management, Networking, Software Development, Start-ups, and Project Management. A program and project management professional, currently working as a Program Manager at Google. Mr Aniedi will be taking a session on: ‘The Era of Artificial Intelligence’.
Hanson Johnson is a technology entrepreneur with the dream to save the world with a click. He is in love with Android and passionate about building and managing tech communities.
Mr Hanson has volunteered since November 2011 to establish technology communities in the Niger Delta of Nigeria ranging from Akwa Ibom, Cross River, Abia, Anambra, Enugu and Rivers States.
This love for growing technology communities earned me the position of Country Mentor, Google Developer Groups Nigeria in July 2017 to ensure developers have access to the right tools, information and support for growth.
Also, Mr Hanson Johnson is the CEO Start Innovation Hub, one of the biggest Tech Hub in South-South which has brought up a lot of young tech gurus.
He will render a Motivation on Building a Digital Wellbeing.
Mark Essien is a Software Developer and Computer Engineer, besides currently being CEO at Hotels.ng, one of Africa’s biggest online hotels booking agency.
He designed and personally developed one of the first software MPEG Encoder software for the DirectShow platform which he has sold to a lot of large companies, including Disney and the American military.
Mr Mark will be speaking on ‘Creating Cumulative Value as a Developer’.
Prosper Otemuyiwa is a Developer Advocate at Apollo, a family of tools that enable developers to get the most out of GraphQL, a Google Developer Expert (GDEs). He also worked with Andela as Technical Trainer and so many more grounds he has covered.
His curiosity has led him to serve as a Builder of Communities, Professional Trainer, Prolific Writer, Technology Advocate and Developer of intuitive, interesting and impactful technology solutions.
He is energetic, uber-charismatic and a firm believer of inspiring greatness around people. Mr Prosper will be speaking on ‘A Tale of Four Engineers: Imperfect People, High-Level Impact’
Celestine Omin is a Senior Full Stack engineer with over 7 years of experience building high-performance software, APIs and libraries. Special interests include Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps and Software delivery pipelines, as well as Developer Community Outreach and Thought Leadership for strategic emerging markets.
His additional roles as a mentor, engineering lead and project manager have reinforced soft skills that have facilitated timely and sustained success for projects across multiple industries.
He will be speaking on ‘How Money Moves in a Payment Processor’.
Namnso Ukpanah is a User Experience designer who loves solving common problems using effective interface designs and also simplifying them to accommodate new users.
Mr Namnso is currently leading the design team at hotels.ng (Nigeria’s biggest online hotel booking company) and also the Lead Designer Advocate for Figma Africa, a design community connecting designers across Africa that is focused on making design accessible through a strong foundation in design education.
He will be speaking on ‘Design Handoff and working with Developers’.
Belvi Nosakhare is someone who loves the complexities of technology, keeping abreast with new development, working on challenging projects and a huge contributor to the ecosystem which Open Source development is a great part of.
He is currently the Lead Software Developer at NameAppZone Group Company.
Mr Belvi will speak on ‘Modern Android development: Android Jetpack, Kotlin, and More’.
Ada Nduka Oyom is a software developer with interests in web technologies, she loves to take up technical and non-technical challenges that spurs her interests and proves to make a positive change.
Asides web technologies, Ada also has a strong passion for Open source technologies and acts as an advocate for open source development in Africa, through her co-founded community for open source advocates and enthusiasts: Open Source Community Africa.
With huge interests in building developer communities and improving developer relations, she also writes technical articles and gives speaker talks on technical and non-technical topics while also excited to participate in matters bordered around Women in technology through her self-founded women in tech organization: She Code Africa.
She is currently a Software Developer| Developer Relations at Interswitch group.
Samson Goddy is a young technologist, working as a developer with Sugarlabs a community that develops Sugar learning environment that have been be able to touch over 3 million children all over the world.
