One of England’s finest defender, John Terry popularly referred to as ‘The Solid Rock of London’ on Sunday made it known that he will be taking a bow from active football after 23 years of playing.
“After 23 incredible years as a footballer, I have decided now is the right time for me to retire from playing”, he shared on his Instagram account.

The Former England and Chelsea captain, made 717 appearances for Chelsea Football Club winning 15 major trophies, in his 22years with the club.
John is the longest serving player in the history of Chelsea Football Club.
