When it comes to football, everyone’s attention is drawn to it! A high level of commitment to service was displayed yesterday as Croatian firemen abandoned national team match as they played against England to make it to the final stage of the world cup 2018.
Some minutes into the game, the firemen were sitted at their work station watching the team play when the emergency alarm rang. They scurried off to put on their duty uniform, got into the fire service vehicle and drove off to handle the emergency at hand.
Few seconds after they left, about three persons who were left behind at the station went back to watch the game and LOL! Croatia scored a goal!
Leaving the game behind to adhere to call of duty is indeed not a regrettable action as Croatia won the game against England thereby qualifying to the World Cup Finals.
