“Allow me work in peace, I take God beg you” – Joey Akan to Ubi Franklin

Entertainment writer, Joey Akan has pleaded and called out Ubi Franklin to allow him do his work in peace.

The renowned Nigerian music journalist in a tweet on Monday night said that Made Men Music label boss was trying to use respected members of Joey’s family from pursuing a story about him.

“Please whoever knows Ubi Franklin should tell him that I don’t appreciate him trying to use my respected family member to get me to stop pursuing a story about him.

I will not collect your money, neither will I attend any meeting.

Allow me work in peace, I take God beg you.”

Akan further tweeted;

“And to think that I have no plans on him, and I’m here minding my business. Let him allow me please.

I am not his retribution. What is his will come to him.”

Recall that Joey made a special investigation in March 2019 for Native Magazine, after drama ensued between Ubi and members of his Made Men Music Label, Iyanya and Emma Nyra.

During this period, Joey said Ubi was even willing to pay blogs to tarnish his reputation, which he threatened to expose Ubi Franklin if he is not left alone.
