The edition featured Dr. Uduak Okon, the Executive Director of the frontline Youth Advocacy group, were she shared solutions to this rising challenge of youth unemployment, one of such is the Akwa Ibom Youth Development Fund Bill in the State House of Assembly which is awaiting Public Hearing since it passed second reading in April 2017.
She states that the AKYDF Bill will change the future for the youths and the only bill of its kind, not only in Akwa Ibom, but Nigeria. She further demands that the youths need to agitate for the passage of this bill because the benefits are enormous; from transparency to wealth creation.
