The Roothub Accelerator Systems, a foremost business ecosystem celebrates 2017 edition of the Customer Service Week with an Interactive session anchored by a Customer Service Consultant, Mr. Ufuoma Bundie Akpomedaye on the Topic: “How Nice customers may be ruining your Business”.
Mr. Ufuoma Bundie Akpomedaye speaking to the audience shared some tips that can make customers ruin your business, in his finals words he made his audience understand that “the customer is your king and they are the reason why we are in business and the only way to grow in a business is by giving them the WOW! experience.
Finally, it’s not every customer that can be pleased but make sure that they don’t leave your office with a frown but rather with a smile”.
The session put together by the Community Management Unit is keying in to an internationally recognized event to draw attention to the importance of customer service to Startups.
Speaking on the significance of the event, the Community Manager for Roothub, Ms. Gold Wejinya noted that celebrating the event with the Theme: Celebrating customer connections, was meant to reinforce the importance of customer services in relation to resolving the myriad of issues associated with businesses.
The session saw entrepreneurs, interns, trainees and staff of various startups gaining valuable insight into the world of Customer service. In appreciation of the session, Ms. Ibifuro Amachree, Hub Manager of the Roothub, enumerated the gains it would have on the ecosystem in terms of service delivery from small businesses in the hub.
